Short, because this site does very little with your information. Here is exactly what it does.

Who this is from

This website, sidhuestaterealtors.com, is operated by Deepinderjit Sidhu, a licensed California REALTOR® (CA DRE #02222383). Real estate brokerage services are provided through Pellego, Inc. (CA DRE #02043232). Sidhu Estate Realtors LLC is a marketing and business entity owned by Deepinderjit Sidhu; it is not a licensed brokerage.

The contact form

The only information this site collects is what you type into the contact form: your name, phone number, email address, the topic you select, and — if you choose to add it — a property address or area and a message.

I use those details for one thing: to respond to your enquiry and provide the real estate help you asked about. I do not sell, rent, trade or share your information for advertising, and I do not pass it to other agents, lenders or lead-buyers.

Where your message actually goes

Two companies handle it on my behalf, purely so that it reaches me and I don’t lose it. Neither is allowed to use your information for their own purposes, and neither is paid for your data:

  • Google — the form is delivered by a script running in my own Google account. Your message is emailed to me and saved in a private spreadsheet only I can open. This is the same relationship as Google hosting my email.
  • Cloudflare — hosts this website and, like every web host, keeps standard access logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and to keep the site up. These are ordinary server logs, not tracking, and are not linked to your enquiry.

That is the complete list. If it ever changes, this page changes first.

Text messages

If you give me your phone number, I may reply by text about your enquiry. Consent to texts is not a condition of any purchase or sale, and you can stop them any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

The calculators

Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you enter into them — prices, income, tax inputs, anything — is sent to me, stored, or logged anywhere. Close the tab and it is gone.

What this site does not do

  • No account registration and no login.
  • No IDX or MLS property search, and no tracking of property searches or browsing.
  • As of the date above, no analytics, advertising, or social-media trackers. This site does not profile you or follow you across other websites. If that ever changes, I will update this policy before any such tool goes live.

Your California choices

California’s privacy law (the CCPA/CPRA) sets formal obligations for larger businesses and may not apply to a practice this small. Regardless of that, I honor its core principles: I do not sell your information, and you can ask me at any time to tell you what you have submitted, correct it, or delete it. Just contact me below — I may need to confirm your identity first.
